By creating an account or using modelunchained (“the service”), you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
The service
modelunchained provides API and console access to third-party uncensored AI models. Model outputs are generated automatically, are not reviewed by us, and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing
Prices are in US dollars and charged through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period. Token allowances are granted per billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, modelunchained is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on model outputs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
